  ChairmanMinimize

  • To agree agenda for executive and general meeting
  • To preside over executive and general meetings
  • To be a point of contact for external matters relating to AMEI
  • To be a spokesperson for AMEI on general matters

 

  Deputy ChairmanMinimize

  • To organise venues for executive meetings and general forums
  • To be the content owner and organiser of maintenance to the AMEI website
  • To be a stand-in for the Chairman as required

 

  SecretaryMinimize

  • To be responsible for the production and circulation of minutes for all executive and general meetings
  • To be responsible for the production and circulation of agendas for all meetings
  • To organise speakers for general forum meetings
  • To arrange for maintenance of the membership database
  • To manage the attendance of guests at meetings

 

  TreasurerMinimize

  • To have the overall responsibility for the finances of AMEI
  • To arrange for the production of all necessary financial reports
  • To manage the AMEI banking arrangements including signatory management
  • To arrange for the collection of annual subscriptions

 

  Claims OfficerMinimize

  • To preside over Claims Forum meetings or claims matters in General Forum
  • To be a point of contact for external matters for AMEI in relation to claims
  • To be a spokesperson for AMEI on claims matters
  • To approve the agenda for Claims Forum

 

  Ministers Without PortfolioMinimize

  • To provide additional industry perspective on matters before the executive committee
  • To take on tasks on an ad hoc basis as agreed by the executive
  • To perform a secretariat function for Claims Forum
